REFUND POLICY:

Refunds of participation fees will be given for any registrations cancelled by the participant two weeks prior to the program start. It is the responsibility of the participant to notify Andover Youth Services 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the program/season of any refund request. Allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed. No credits or vouchers are issued.

 
EMERGENCY INFORMATION SHEET:
All participants in AYS programs must have a current Emergency Information Sheet on file prior to participation in programs. The form can be found on the forms link in the navigation bar. 

PHOTO POLICY:
Andover Youth Services reserves the right to take photos of participants enrolled in programs or those attending an AYS event. These photos are to be used strictly by AYS for the purpose of the advertising in future brochures, catalogs, pamphlets, flyers and on our webpage. Organizations, including media relations, must have permission from the AYS's Executive Director prior to taking photographs.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION:
AYS reserves the right to cancel any activity, program or event based on insufficient registrations, supervision or facilities. All activities, programs or events will either be rescheduled or fees refunded.

All classes have a minimum number of participants in order to be conducted. If a class minimum is not met by the deadline date, an activity is canceled. Please register at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the activity.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:
If you are a first time user you will need to create your own account by clicking on the register button. After you have registered your household you will be able to go and select what program you want to participate in. Please feel free to contact us for technical support or any other question you have about the online registration.

CONVENIENCE FEE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
: A 3% fee will be added to your transaction to cover the banking expenses incurred for the online registration.
 
DROP IN POLICY 
Participation in all Cormier Youth Center programs are on a drop-in, voluntary basis. The Andover Youth Services is not responsible for the care or supervision of members once they have left the Cormier Youth Center or once the Cormier Youth Center is closed. Please arrange with your child as to when it is appropriate to leave the facility and with whom.
